Production Quality Technician (all genders)

Job Overview

This permanent full‑time position is located in Munich and focuses on ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards from assembly to delivery. STARK is a defense technology company that designs, develops, and produces high‑performance unmanned systems that are software‑controlled, scalable, and cost‑efficient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality controls, document results, and release products.
• Perform tasks independently, including error analysis and evaluation.
• Create quality reports and findings.
• Continuously develop processes in the area of quality inspection.

Qualifications

• Completed training as an electronics/ mechatronics technician (w/m/d) with additional qualification to master or state‑certified technical engineer in electrotechnics/mechatronics (w/m/d).
• Experience in manufacturing inspection.
• Ideally knowledge of fiber composite materials.
• Knowledge of SAP R/3, Oracle and MS‑Office.
• Enthusiasm and self‑motivation to advance your own area of responsibility and interest in unmanned flight systems.
• Open, communicative, friendly and competent demeanor to be seen by colleagues as an internal expert.
• Handling of MS Office and quality management software/tools.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Negotiation‑sufficient German and English language skills.
