Responsibilities

• Build and adjust production plans like a pro.
• Keep customers happy internal and external without breaking a sweat.
• Navigate bottlenecks and create workarounds to secure output.
• Develop what-if scenarios to tackle unexpected hiccups.
• Monitor WIP and throughput, optimize like a wizard of efficiency.
• Track daily production, spot issues before they become problems, deliver solutions.
• Lead meetings, coordinate departments, improve processes, drive decisions.
• Use QRQC to make workflows leaner, faster, smarter.
• Sync internationally with France, engineering, and Customer Support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in production planning, MRP, or capacity analysis.
• Lean Manufacturing, Kanban & co. familiar territory.
• Excel ninja pivot tables, formulas, you know the drill. ERP (SAP) a plus.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, multitasking master—responsibility doesn't scare you.
• Team player with excellent communication.
