The role will focus on production planning, material flow coordination, subcontractor management, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.**Responsibilities*** Create and maintain **production plans** in line with customer demand and capacity constraints* Coordinate with **production, engineering, and logistics teams** to ensure smooth material flow* Monitor **production progress and order fulfilment** and take corrective actions when necessary* Manage **inventory levels** of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods* Support **capacity planning and workload balancing** across production areas* Ensure **accurate master data and planning parameters** in ERP systems* Coordinate and manage **subcontractor operations** when required* Support **purchasing activities** related to production materials and services* Contribute to **continuous improvement initiatives** in planning and supply chain processes* Prepare and report **planning KPIs and operational performance indicators****Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration**, or a related field* Minimum **2–4 years of experience** in production planning, supply chain, or logistics* Preferably experienced in **manufacturing environments** (machining / cutting tools experience is a plus)* Good understanding of **production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes*** **Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP. Strong SAP knowledge is a significant advantage*** Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills* Good command of **English, German is considered a plus*** Advanced **MS Excel / MS Office** skills* Structured, proactive, and result-oriented working style
