Team Leader Production
who's ready to shape innovative manufacturing processes and foster a culture of quality and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a motivated team (2–3 people) through regular mentoring, training, and continuous learning
• Ensure production goals are achieved and workflows run smoothly
• Drive adherence to GMP and EHS standards while continuously optimizing safety and quality
• Oversee the daily production flow to ensure efficient and seamless operations
• Contribute to strategic projects aimed at process improvement and site development

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in GMP-regulated production environments
• Expertise in document preparation, process validation, and equipment qualification
• Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both German and English
• A passion for process improvement and innovation (Lean, Six Sigma experience a plus)
