We're looking for a cracked founding engineer to help us reshape the €2 trillion EU-Tender-Market. You'll be employee #1, own massive chunks of the product and work directly with the founders. If you've ever wanted to shape a company from day one, this is it.

We 10xakquise.(de) work side-by-side with paying customers (we hit 15k MRR) and design partners to reshape how Europe gets built.

The interview process

We move fast and respect your time. This is the exact process you will go through:

Application (you are here) - We'll review and get back to you within 48 hours
Founders chat (15-45 mins) - We'll explore culture fit, talk about your background and answer your questions
Technical discussion (1 hour) - No leetcode. We'll discuss systems and dive deep into your technical decisions
Work Trial (1 day) - You will have the opportunity to build a real feature that our users need and ship it to production that same day.
