Responsibilities

Applying design thinking to create innovative user-friendly solutions that meet business objectives and encourage collaboration
Conducting research interviews and usability testing to understand user needs and inform design decisions
Creating intuitive and delightful user experiences by applying User Experience Design Interaction Design Information Architecture and User Interface Design principles
Translating your ideas into tangible solutions with wireframes and prototypes
Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Maintaining and evolving design systems for consistency and incorporating inclusive design practices per WCAG

Qualifications

You bring 2-5 years of experience in Product / UX design and hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Design Psychology or a related field
You are proficient in Figma and have experience implementing Material Design and WCAG in your projects
You have excellent English communication skills can effectively present and defend your ideas
You are resourceful creative and capable of solving design challenges independently
You are committed to continuously learning to stay current with the latest design trends
You work well in a team value diverse perspectives are open to giving and receiving constructive feedback

It would be a real bonus if

You have experience implementing Human Interface Guidelines in your projects.
You are skilled in cross-platform design.
