Responsibilities

Prepare buffer solutions on a scale of 5–1000 liters.
Ensure the timely provision of all required materials through proactive planning.
Pack, unpack, and test HPLC columns in the 3–50 liter range.
Perform cleaning (CIP) of HPLC columns, including sampling for cleaning verification.
Carry out ancillary tasks such as solvent extraction from solvent-containing materials and draining solvents from larger solvent containers into collection tanks.
Maintain an orderly and permanently ready working area.
Work in accordance with GMP guidelines and ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 requirements, and document all processes in compliance with the respective standards.

Qualifications

Completed vocational training as a production specialist in chemistry, chemical‑technical assistant, chemist, or laboratory technician (or equivalent).
Experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, or food industry, and knowledge of GMP or comparable quality regulations.
Strong technical understanding and, ideally, experience with HPLC columns and related accessories.
Strict adherence to cleanliness and organization.
Willingness and flexibility for shift work in a 2‑shift model from 07:00 to 22:00.
High level of engagement, excellent teamwork, and a responsible, quality‑conscious work style.
