Your role and responsibilities

In this position, you will ensure that our production runs smoothly:

• You will operate and monitor our state-of-the-art equipment in the production area.
• You will keep an eye on our processes via production data acquisition (PDA).
• You will identify malfunctions at an early stage, rectify them independently, and thus ensure smooth operations.
• With your commitment, you will increase production efficiency and actively participate in our continuous improvement processes.
• You will carry out checks in accordance with ISO standards and carefully maintain the associated documents.
• You will work in accordance with our high safety standards at all times and implement them consistently.

Your profile and qualifications

• Completed training as a plastics process mechanic or a comparable technical qualification
• Ideally, experience in operating production equipment in a comparable field
• Strong safety awareness and a reliable, careful approach to work
• High flexibility and willingness to work in a multi-shift system
• Enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to make a difference
