Wir bieten ein Arbeitsumfeld mit spannenden Projects and Products sowie eine Unternehmenskultur, in der gegenseitige Wertschätzung und Vielfalt an erster Stelle stehen: Wir suchen Sie für unseren Standort Gießen in unserem Bereich Field Replaceable Units: Production specialist (m/w/d) Responsibilities Sie unterstützen das Team in der Produktion in den Fachgebieten Qualität, Materialsteuerung, Produktion und sorgen so für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Produktion Mitarbeit und Leitung von Projekten Sie überprüfen die Technik zur Sicherstellung der Produktionsmenge und Qualität Personalverantwortung Berichtsfunktion, Informationsfunktion Moderationsfunktion, Mitarbeit im Cost Committee, Umsetzung von Cost Down-Maßnahmen, Erarbeiten von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und deren Umsetzung (CIMS) Teilnahme an Meetings (z. B. Cost down) Problemanalyse und Beseitigung, Produktionsoptimierung Vorbereitung neuer Produkte Planung und Beschaffung notwendiger Versandmaterialien, Versandabnahme mit externen Partnern Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Kollegen und Canon Partnern Qualifications Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung Alternativ langjährige Berufserfahrung im relevanten Aufgabengebiet Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohe Motivation Problemlösungsorientiert Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise Teamfähig, belastbar, flexibel About Us At Canon, we don't just capture moments - we create the future.
