Responsibilities

• Market observation and trend analysis: Monitor the market and current trends to develop ideas for product innovations.
• Coordinate customer requirements: Gather, review, and formulate customer and internal requirements for further processing by Requirements Engineering.

• Knowledge: Specialized knowledge in areas like Riester/Meldewesen or insurance tax; thorough understanding of life insurance business processes and the application landscape.
• Soft skills: Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills; quick comprehension; high creativity; market awareness and trend recognition; confident and professional demeanor.
• Language skills: Excellent German skills in speaking and writing (at least C1 level).
