Professional Services Delivery Leader, EMEA Central (m/f/d)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Services Delivery Leader (SDL) to join our Professional Services team for EMEA Central, incl. the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The SDL will lead a team of Delivery Consultants, Architects, TAMs, and Residents aligned to the regional Sales Territory.

Your Role

• Define and drive the Professional Services strategy across EMEA Central
• Own business performance: grow revenue, improve margins, and optimize delivery efficiency
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing delivery team (Consultants, Architects, TAMs, Residents)
• Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with Nutanix standards
• Manage key customer escalations and ensure successful outcomes
• Support and govern partners delivering services in the region
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape solutions and approve SOWs
• Strengthen executive relationships and drive customer satisfaction and growth
• Continuously improve processes and feed field insights back to Product teams

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years in Professional Services within EMEA, ideally with DACH exposure
• 5+ years leading delivery teams in a consulting or software environment
• Fluent in both English and German
• Strong business acumen, including forecasting and services P&L understanding
• Experience with SOW creation and managing complex customer engagements
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and retain strong teams
• Strong stakeholder management, including C-level engagement
• Solid understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and modern IT environments (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud)
• Structured, proactive, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
