Position Type: Full‑time, Permanent (W2 Professorship under civil servant conditions)

Department: Department of Chemical Engineering

Responsibilities: Teaching and conducting research in thermal process engineering within bachelor’s and master’s programmes. Developing innovative processes to reduce greenhouse‑gas emissions, supporting applied‑research projects, knowledge transfer, and participating in self‑government at FH Münster.

Qualifications: Doctorate in applied research, degree in process engineering or related discipline, professional industry experience (e.g., distillation, extraction, absorption, adsorption, drying, etc.), knowledge of thermodynamics and transport processes, fluency in German and English. Academic teaching experience and initial leadership experience are advantageous.
