Responsibilities:

• A proven programme / project manager with excellent influencing skills and a track record in developing and implementing innovative risk management programmes and services that deliver results and add value.
• A specialist in design and construction EHS.
• An expert in process safety, electrostatic hazards, fire and dust explosion hazards, human error, ATEX, hazardous area classification, HAZOP, and other hazard identification techniques.
• Extensive experience and expertise in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning.
• Expert experience in setting up safety programs for large scale CapEx projects.
• Current knowledge of new HSE regulatory/compliance aspects of the role.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills - Influential / motivational. Facilitate issue resolution, anticipate scope changes, and implement safely.
• Ability to traverse diverse construction environments.

Requirements:

• 20+ years’ experience in Risk and HSE Management roles.
• At least 10 years’ experience managing HSE construction large scale programs (€ mil +).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Travel is required to visit EU project sites.
