ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

We would like to fill the following permanent vacancy in a hybrid working model in Garching as soon as possible

Your role

• Responsibility for project specific functional delivery e.g. coordination of all program activities, budget and timelines. This will involve close interaction with the assigned Program Operations Director who will support you in your role
• Build and maintain the Integrated Global Development Plan
• Lead and coordinate preclinical/translational & clinical stage activities to ensure that assets are rigorously assessed through the various stage gate processes
• Drive project specific cross-functional coordination and communication among departments, in particular ensuring that CMC and clinical trial activities are closely coordinated
• Lead and inspire the Global Program Teams for their allocated programs
• Collaborate with ITM cross-functional teams and other senior leaders to build and execute the company's strategy
• Ensure adherence to the highest scientific, ethical and regulatory standards and ensure compliance with all applicable GCP & GXP regulatory requirements

Your profile

• Scientific/ pharmacy degree with MSc, PhD or PharmD preferred. A confident leader, with a strong strategic focus and a vision for the future
• At least 10 years of experience in program management with extensive experience in drug development
• Experience in oncology and /or radiopharmaceuticals is preferred
• Proven ability to successfully manage complex development programs in a matrix environment, coordinating all activities required for the successful drug approval and launch
• The ability to work confidently in working in a flat matrix environment, with international colleagues particularly in EU and US. A strong collegiate approach to this role is required
• A team player with excellent communication abilities and strong cross-functional management skills
• The ability to create networks within the organisation to facilitate the progress of your programs
• Quick comprehension and strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
