Program Management Officer (mfd) – GEA AHEAD

Responsibilities / Tasks

GEA AHEAD stands for AI for Human Empowerment Automation & Digitalization and is GEAs global transformation program for leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) across all units. As Program Management Officer for GEA AHEAD you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the organization. You support the AI Hub to foster collaboration and manage the program oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Oversight: Orchestrate the GEA AHEAD program in alignment with the companys digital strategy collaborating with workstream leads and reporting to the Chief Digital Officer.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders facilitating communication and alignment across teams.
• Meeting Moderation: Plan online and onsite meetings of the AI Hub and AI Board. Prepare & moderate the meetings as well as document action items and track them.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in digital transformation or technology programs.
• Basic understanding of data and AI technologies and their industrial applications.
• Proven ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in business English; willingness to travel (primarily within Europe 20%).
