To join our team, you should be excited to

• Program management of various internal projects and programs, with an initial focus on FabONE construction and data center projects and/or product‑focused initiatives (OIC)
• Structure and implement organizational tools and systems to meet the requirements of the local team
• Ensure NPI process compliance and alignment with ISO 9001 standards
• Communicate with key stakeholders to identify risks and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Drive execution and monitoring of the critical path

Your Qualifications

• Self‑starter with flexibility to work in an ambiguous, fast‑changing start‑up environment
• Highly structured, with strong knowledge of standard PMS/BOS systems and related interfaces
• Strong problem‑solving skills and high attention to detail
• Experience with program management software, MS 365, and data management/AI tools
• Excellent communication skills: fluency in English required, additional languages desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
