Key Responsibilities

• Assist in
  planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple projects
  within a program
• Support
  program scheduling, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain
  program documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Facilitate
  communication and collaboration
  across teams and stakeholders
• Identify
  risks and dependencies
  , escalating issues when necessary
• Contribute to
  process improvements
  and program best practices

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in
  program management, project management, or related roles
• Basic understanding of
  project and program management principles
• Strong
  organizational, analytical, and communication
  skills
• Familiarity with
  project management tools
  (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Fluent in English
  ; German proficiency is a plus
• Must be
  based in Germany
  with the
  legal right to work full-time
