Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in Procurement's digital journey and the Knauf Group's business transformation.
• In this role, you will challenge and define our landscape of tactical and strategic procurement processes (Source to Contract) and corresponding master data.
• This includes collaboration and communication with various stakeholders within and outside Knauf (e.g., implementation partners, software providers).
• You guarantee seamless integration of processes into daily business by identifying key change impacts, preparing for deployment, and ensuring business user enablement and adoption.
• By serving as a role model for Knauf's values and purpose, you lead and develop your team with dedication and inspiration.

Who you are

• You have practical experience in digital transformation projects, process modeling, and data management, complemented by solid expertise in change management.
• Strong project management skills enable the effective handling of timelines, risks, and dependencies, ideally gained through procurement-related projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to maintain an overview in complex and dynamic situations.
• Intercultural competence, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to travel internationally for work.
• Excellent English skills; German language is a valuable plus.
