We are seeking an organized and motivated Entry-Level Program Manager to support the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects under a broader program
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with goals and timelines
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members across departments
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and meeting summaries
• Help identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource needs
• Support communication across project teams and leadership
• Learn and apply best practices in program governance and process improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira) is a plus
• Previous internship or academic project experience in coordination or leadership roles is a strong advantage
