Program Manager (m,f,d)

We areseekinga highly motivated Program Manager with a military officer background to lead and coordinate strategic programs across ARX Robotics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments,demonstratesstrong leadership, and can effectively manage indirect teams while aligning diverse stakeholders.

You willbe responsible foroverseeing both existing contracted programs and supporting the acquisition and execution of future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for existing contracts, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and key stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, business development, etc.) to ensure program success
• Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, bids, and contract acquisition strategies
• Drive alignment between internal teams and external partners, fostering strong working relationships
• Manage indirect teams and influence without formal authority
• Identifyrisks and opportunities, implementing proactive mitigation strategies
• Ensure clear communication and reporting across all levels of the organization
• Operate effectively in an agile, fast-paced, and evolving environment

Requirements

• Military officer background withdemonstratedleadership experience
• Proventrack recordin program or project management, ideally indefense, robotics, or high-tech industrieswould be a plus
• Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional and indirect teams
• Proactive mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
