Program Manager R&D, Cleco - DE - Westhausen

Summary

The Program Manager drives the launch of high performance tightening tools from product specification through development to manufacturing and market introduction. The position will be responsible for the definition, execution, reporting and communication of project plans for new product developments and other major projects. The Position is located in Westhausen and reporting to the Sr. Director, R&D, Cleco Westhausen.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams consisting of product management, engineering, manufacturing and procurement
• Defining key project constraints such as scope, schedule, budget, resources and risks
• Effectively communicate project status to all project partners
• Responsible for working with partners to develop project plans and project risk analysis for all projects
• Act as the main point of contact for all internal departments (manufacturing, accounting, purchasing, packaging, etc.) regarding project activities
• Build and maintain relationships with all partners (global and domestic)
• Collaboration with management

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably electronics or mechatronics
• Multiple years of new product development experience
• Project Management and project leadership experience
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Project Management certification is preferred
• Fluent in German and English
