Program Manager(f/m/d) Digital Device

Stellenbeschreibung:

Plan and prepare content and timing of customer research surveys for feedback collection
Collaborate closely with program management team members for planning recruitment efforts of beta participants
Reporting program milestones and statuses
Evaluate and draft proposals for feature improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
Provide customer support to internal participants through the internal ticket system
Lead small to medium sized projects to improve existing processes, standard operating procedures and best practices
Independently manage beta-participant engagement programs (contacting beta-participants / implement new customer engagement strategies)
Constantly evaluate data collection tools and processes and propose solutions to ensure their efficiency, quality and ability to scale
Test unreleased Alexa features and devices and report program risks to tech-teams or stakeholders
Develop appealing email templates and send out weekly newsletters to internal and external customers
Support EU Operations team to pack and ship beta devices as needed.

University degree in a relevant field or vocational training
Excellent aptitude and methodology to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of problems
Fluent in English
Organized with a talent for prioritizing tasks
Willingness to support multiple projects at the same time, accept changing priorities and deliver quality work on time
Strong sense of confidentiality
Dedicated, self-motivated and dependable
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
Basic understanding in data analysis with interest to develop further skills
