Aufgaben

• Plan and prepare content and timing of customer research surveys for feedback collection
• Collaborate closely with program management team members for planning recruitment efforts of beta participants
• Reporting program milestones and statuses
• Evaluate and draft proposals for feature improvements based on customer feedback and performance metrics
• Provide customer support to internal participants through the internal ticket system
• Lead small to medium sized projects to improve existing processes, standard operating procedures and best practices
• Independently manage beta-participant engagement programs (contacting beta-participants / implement new customer engagement strategies)
• Constantly evaluate data collection tools and processes and propose solutions to ensure their efficiency, quality and ability to scale
• Test unreleased features and devices and report program risks to tech-teams or stakeholders
• Develop appealing email templates and send out weekly newsletters to internal and external customers
• Support EU Operations team to pack and ship beta devices as needed

Profil

• University degree in a relevant field or vocational training
• Excellent aptitude and methodology to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of problems
• Fluent in English
• Organized with a talent for prioritizing tasks
• Willingness to support multiple projects at the same time, accept changing priorities and deliver quality work on time
• Strong sense of confidentiality
• Dedicated, self-motivated and dependable
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Outlook
• Basic understanding in data analysis with interest to develop further skills
