About the Company

International technology company specializing in programmatic advertising on Connected TV (CTV / OTT) and large-screen content operations.

Present across Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia , the company operates a large-scale advertising ecosystem, reaching tens of millions of connected TV users through partnerships with TV manufacturers, content publishers and advertising market players.

  • Location: Remote / home-based
  • Based in: France or Germany
  • Hiring Context: Creation

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of advertisers, media agencies, trading desks and DSPs
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored, high-value solutions
  • Drive programmatic revenue growth within your scope
  • Set up and manage long‑term and “always‑on” programmatic agreements
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Marketing, Publisher and Revenue Operations teams
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, produce post‑campaign reports and recommendations
  • Collect client feedback to support continuous product improvement
  • Maintain active market intelligence on programmatic and AdTech trends

Profile Requirements

  • Essential Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in Programmatic Sales , ideally within the CTV / OTT / Connected TV ecosystem
  • Proven background in digital media sales, programmatic buying, revenue operations or business development
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including:
    • DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, DMPs and Trading Desks
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales of complex solutions
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Able to work effectively in a remote setup
  • Mobility: Comfortable with business travel
  • Valid driving licence
  • French or German depending on country of residence
