Our programmatic advertising platform, the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP), is increasingly popular with major advertisers and agencies worldwide. We believe we understand display advertising better than anybody and want to turn it into a science of its own that all users can leverage for programmatic advertising.

The Amazon DSP team is looking for a Programmatic Solutions Analyst to join our growing team in Germany. In this customer‑facing role you will manage the end‑to‑end experience of our enterprise customers—programmatic trading desks—by developing expertise in our DSP, and helping them meet and exceed their business objectives.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with programmatic traders, engaging to understand their needs and blockers.
  • Provide services such as onboarding, trade‑desk support plans, feature training, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify improvement areas, root causes, and formulate enablement and adoption recommendations.
  • Drive the evolution of Amazon DSP by assisting customers with product beta participation, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists).

A Day in the Life

  • Onboard new traders and deliver trainings on new product features.
  • Assist customers with beta features, consult in business strategy and planning discussions, and provide oversight in the execution of campaign strategy.
  • Develop campaign optimization recommendations, monitor their impact, and conduct deep dives to determine root causes of issues.
  • Advocate for customers in internal forums, provide troubleshooting support and triage, and simplify and propagate customer feedback to inform product and services design.
  • Guide customers to become proficient DSP users, positioning Amazon DSP as their preferred means to achieve their goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of programmatic advertising experience and 1+ year of client‑facing and/or digital experience.
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience in omni‑channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising.
  • Basic understanding of programmatic ad technology.
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Additional European languages or Mandarin is a plus.
