Role description:

The ERP Programme Manager leads the planning, execution, and governance of the organisation’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) programme, ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related solutions. The role focuses on driving business transformation, improving operational efficiency, and aligning technology initiatives with strategic goals.

initial 12-month engagement (with option to extend)

Location:

hybrid – onsite (Berlin) and remote

Capacity:

full-time (5 days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the ERP programme roadmap in line with corporate strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Establish and maintain governance and compliance frameworks
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, security, and quality standards
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams
• Report on progress, KPIs and decisions to senior leadership and steering committees
• Manage budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts and resource allocation
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and issues
• Oversee ERP integration with legacy systems and manage master data governance
• Lead adoption, training and change management initiatives post go-live

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Degree and/or relevant certifications in IT, Business or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in ERP programme management (Dynamics 365 or SAP preferred)
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain and manufacturing processes
• Proven experience in governance, portfolio management and agile delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Languages:

• English (fluent)
• German an advantage

Eligibility:

• Residency in the EU, EEC, UK or Switzerland
• Ability to work remotely and on-site in Berlin in a hybrid arrangement
