Project Buyer/ Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

• Support customer tender responses and define the industrial purchasing plan.
• Estimate strategic subcontracting lots and assess supplier feasibility (risks, lead times).
• Propose technical/logistical/sourcing alternatives to optimize cost and feasibility.
• Ensure alignment with Group pricing, framework agreements, and purchasing standards.

• Sourcing for new subcontractors and verify subcontractor qualifications and approval validity.

• Identify and consult suppliers; manage tendering, negotiations, and contracting.
• Draft and secure purchasing agreements in line with procedures and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project, supply chain, and legal teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, deadlines) and ensure operational follow‑up.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and continuous supplier improvement.
• Apply and enhance Group purchasing tools, methods, and processes.
• Represent purchasing during audits and certifications.
• Identify new suppliers and update market data.
• Promote QSE/CSR culture, reliability, and service excellence.
• Contribute to annual supplier monitoring and evaluation plans.

Your Profile:

• Degree in Purchasing, Business, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Proven experience as a Project Buyer in an industrial or technical environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contract law, and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial purchasing processes and constraints (cost, quality, logistics, deadlines).
• Leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in ERP/SRM and project management tools.
• Fluent in German + English; strong analytical, collaborative, and service‑oriented approach.
