Project Control Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Engineer to support pharmaceutical projects by ensuring effective planning, scheduling, and cost control. This role is critical for maintaining project performance and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in project control tools, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Monitor progress, analyze variances, and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.Implement cost control, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with project objectives.Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & CompetenciesProject Scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project)Cost Control and Budgeting & ForecastingEarned Value Management (EVM)Risk ManagementData Analysis (Advanced Excel)Strong understanding of pharma project lifecycles and regulatory compliance. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in project controls within pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.Certifications such as PMP, CCP, or equivalent are a plus.Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.
