We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator (OFCI/OSM) to support our high‑tech data centre project in Frankfurt. In this role, you will manage the coordination of Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment and Off‑Site Manufacturing (OSM) activities, ensuring seamless integration into the overall construction process.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Ensure Exyte EHS rules are being followed during OFCI installation and OSM
• Coordinate and track all OFCI components from procurement to on‑site delivery and installation
• Liaise with suppliers, project teams, and site management to ensure timely and accurate execution
• Plan and oversee OSM activities, including weekly reports, photo documentation, production schedules, logistics, and quality assurance and quality control (QAQC)
• Maintain delivery schedules, documentation, and status reports
• Participate in project and site meetings, ensuring follow‑up on action items
• Support the achievement of project milestones, timelines, and quality standards
• Permanent presence during OSM activities at manufacturing facility required

Show your expertise

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination, ideally within data centre or industrial construction projects
• Familiarity with OFCI and OSM processes and a solid understanding of MEP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
