IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Administering various documentation, preparing factory-required documents and permits, and performing translations when needed
Organizing employee travel to/from projects
Planning employee rotations
Arranging accommodation for employees abroad
Organizing leisure activities for employees working abroad
Helping to resolve various non-standard situations for employees
Working on international assignments – 4/6 weeks on project, 1/2 week rest at home.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

At least 1 year of administrative work experience
Ability to communicate professionally in German, intermediate in English, Russian language is an advantage
Category B driving license
Willingness to work on international assignments
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, communicate with clients and employees
Organizational skills, strong communication abilities, independence, and result orientation.
