As a Project Cybersecurity Manager you will be based in Mannheim or Berlin and responsible for organizing and managing cybersecurity activities during project execution or program development.

Responsibilities

• Analyse project/security needs, determine objectives and main risk strategy.
• Plan cybersecurity activities within the development life cycle, estimate cost, duration and impact.
• Manage cost, quality and delay of cybersecurity deliverables.
• Define cybersecurity architecture, allocate requirements and cascade to suppliers.
• Manage third‑party risks and apply cybersecurity assurance level.
• Define cybersecurity operating procedures and evaluate achieved level.
• Provide support during technical design meetings and obtain agreement on security measures.
• Manage vulnerabilities, incidents, action plan and communication.
• Report on status and manage external audit relationship.
• Promote Alstom Code of Ethics and highest standards of ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• University or engineering degree level.
• Direct responsibility for hands‑on architecture, design and development.
• Experience in cybersecurity, deployment of security technologies.
• QCD management skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 2700X, EN 62443, TS 50701, NIS and other standards.
• Cybersecurity risk analysis methods.
• Dynamic, autonomous with creativity in a complex environment.
