As part of a multinational team that enjoys helping to make the energy transition a success, you will lead Utility‑Scale PV‑Projects with integrated BESS‑solutions from early development to RTB milestone and support their implementation until commercial operation (COD). In this key role you bring together technical expertise, permitting competence and hybridisation know‑how. Responsibilities

Projektleitung (PV + BESS): Verantwortung für Utility‑Scale PV‑ und BESS‑Projekte von der Origination bis RTB/FID und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer, kaufmännischer und regulatorischer Anforderungen.
Hybridisierung & Systemdesign: Integration von Batteriespeichersystemen (BESS) in Photovoltaik‑Projekte voranbringen, Projektwert und Netzflexibilität maximieren, enge Abstimmung mit Engineering‑Teams.
Genehmigungsplanung: Steuerung aller Genehmigungsaktivitäten gemäß deutschen Regularien, Entwicklung effizienter Workflows und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Behörden.
Wirtschaftlichkeit & Technische Machbarkeit: Flächenrechte, Netzanschlüsse organisieren, belastbare Investitionsvorlagen erstellen und Projektdokumentationen vorbereiten.
Stakeholder‑Management: Vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Flächeneigentümern, Netzbetreibern, Regulatoren und Gemeinden aufbauen und transparent über Fortschritte informieren.
Reporting & Schnittstellenkoordination: Klare Projektupdates liefern und proaktiv mit Finance, Legal, Engineering sowie HSSE zusammenarbeiten, um Projektziele termingerecht zu erreichen.

Qualifications

Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Engineering, Umweltwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
Berufserfahrung: 5‑8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Erneuerbare‑Energie‑Projekten, insbesondere im PV‑Bereich, idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit BESS‑Projekten.
Regulatorisches Know‑how: Kenntnisse relevanter deutscher regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen und behördlicher Genehmigungsprozesse.
Projektmanagement & Analysefähigkeiten: Exzellente Projektmanagement‑Kompetenz, starkes Organisationstalent, technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis; Erfahrung mit NPV, IRR.
Kommunikation & Verhandlung: Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, souveräne Verhandlungsfähigkeit, zuverlässiges Stakeholder‑Management.
Sprachen & Mobilität: Fließende Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse, Bereitschaft zu regelmäßiger und gelegentlicher internationaler Reise.
