Job Description

OurR&D Imaging Endoscopy teamislooking for anewProject Engineer!Endoscopy wasestablishedat Brainlabtoadvanceinnovation inmedicaltechnology. The team developssoftware and hardware solutions, intended to beintegratedwith existing medical devicesacrossBrainlab’sportfolio.

As a member of ourteamyou will:

• executeproduct development processeswithinhardware and software solutions
• collaborateandcommunicatewith different target audiences, includingdrivingcooperation with international external partnersatsystem,componentand service level
• preparetechnical documentation,such asrisk managementand requirement engineeringdocuments
• planandexecute verification and validation activitiesbasedon astructured working style withhigh standardsfor documentation quality.

You will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic team andhave the opportunity topush the boundaries of endoscopyinto surgical navigation.

Qualifications

• Degreein Engineering or related discipline, ideally withafocuson optics development.
• Experience with technical documentation for medical devicesin accordancewithrelevantstandards and regulations(such asFDA 21 CFR Part820,ISO 14971,ISO 13485, IEC60601, ISO 8600, IEC 62366).
• Experience inworkingin accordance withdesign controlprocesses.
• Well-organized and proactive working style.
• Fluentinwritten and spoken English.
