Project Engineer Sales Support (m/f/d) at Nordex Group

This role focuses on managing Sales Engineering Requests via the Project Specific Request Process, reviewing and editing PSRs in the PLM System, and coordinating with global Sales Engineers to prioritize and resolve requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sales Engineering Requests via PSR (Project Specific Request) Process
• Review, edit and manage the PSRs in the PLM System
• Assign the PSRs to the competence areas
• Lead rounds with the global Sales Engineers and set priorities on PSRs
• Generate expert rounds to solve the requirements in time
• Generate reports and analytics on the requests
• Improve customer satisfaction and response times
• Provide visibility into team workloads and performance

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in engineering project management
• Experience working at the interface between Engineering/R&D and Sales
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional skills in German and/or Spanish are a plus
• Strong organizational and intercultural competence
• Entrepreneurial mindset with problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills
• Self‑driven, methodical, and a team player with initiative
