Job OverviewOperational oversight over development, localization, and strategic oversight of scientific and medical content across global markets.Serve as the first point of contact for local affiliate teams & regional operations teams from the Client Global Medical Content Strategy team for questions related to MRC process, MRC metrics, localization of global content, Veeva MedDocs system questions.Ensures that local affiliate teams localize global medical materials according to established operational processes within Veeva MedDocs according to local policies and procedures.Ensures that local affiliate teams complete Veeva MedDocs metadata fields (including CLM metadata fields) correctly as per established MRC-requirements.Ongoing identification and resolution of process/metadata-related training gaps at local affiliate levelMonitoring of upcoming expiry dates (ie, review due dates) of existing MRC approved content across all affiliate countries and proactively ensure all countries are aware of content expiring soon to allow them to act accordinglyProactive monitoring of approved content in Veeva MedDocs with blank ‘review due date’ and following up with applicable affiliate country teams to ensure timely resolutionLead and/or support MRC process refresher training and/or Veeva MedDocs Workflow demo to ensure local affiliate teams are up to date on current operational processes related to MRC content (live and/or recorded trainings).Participate in recurring (weekly or biweekly) Medical Content Strategy team meetings, regional medical operations team meetings - providing relevant updates and/or escalationsWhen requested, review local affiliate Working Procedures to ensure alignment with current Client global SOPsWhen requested, contribute to and/or provide medical content-related metrics (e.g., MRC operations metrics and CLM utilization metrics for affiliate countries/international regions).Proactively cascade relevant updates/information from Global Medical Content Strategy team to affiliate countries, regional operations teams as needed.Create flash reports (in Veeva MedDocs) that will aide with proactive identification of metadata issues related to MRC content in Veeva MedDocs & oversee timely resolution of identified issues (ongoing monitoring/issue resolution)When requested, assist affiliate country teams with creating workflows in Veeva MedDocs, uploading, and/or transferring in-scope MRC documents into Veeva MedDocs and ensure proper metadata completion per established MRC-requirementsWhen requested, assist affiliate country teams with tagging/linking/anchoring of references within Veeva MedDocs workflow (references will already be in Veeva MedDocs Reference Library or will be provided by Client)Troubleshoot content-related issues (e.g., content not showing up in CLM) escalated by local affiliate teams and/or regional operations team; pulling in relevant partners/SMEs when needed (e.g., Global Medical Content Strategy team, Medical Affairs Technology, IT)
