To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed person for project management & customer success who will confidently accompany customers and lead projects to success in a structured manner.

Your role

In this position, you are the central interface between customer, management and production. You will support projects from initial enquiry to delivery and ensure that customers are always well informed and feel well looked after.

• Independent calculation and preparation of offers
• Coordination with management on complex projects
• Preparation of structured project briefings for project managers in production
• Ongoing customer communication during the project (status updates, reconciliations, queries)
• Close project-by-project cooperation with currently four project managers
• Support of projects beyond completion (follow-ups, follow-up projects, upselling)
• Participation in the development of calculation and project processes

Depending on the scope of the project, you will also take on coordinating or selective operational tasks and work on strategic topics.

That's what you bring

Must-have:

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Good technical understanding, ideally related to manufacturing or production
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and problem solutions
• Peace and overview even in stressful or time-critical situations
• Safe use of Office applications

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in a B2B environment (ideally DACH)
• Knowledge of 3D printing, painting, or related manufacturing processes
• Experience with current AI tools to support analysis, text, or organization
• Network in relevant sectors (exhibition construction, design, industry, agencies)

It is also possible for motivated beginners to get started — professional experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. A structured and detailed training is guaranteed.
