We are looking for talented professionals with experience and skills in areas such as project and program management, performance monitoring, quality, digitalization, and business improvement. Candidates may demonstrate expertise in some of these areas depending on their background and experience, rather than all at once.
Your Tasks
- Plan, schedule, and monitor projects and programs, including milestones
- Analyze time, cost, resource, and quality data
- Track project, business, and customer performance using KPIs and dashboards
- Identify, assess, and follow up on risks and opportunities
- Manage changes and configurations
- Support financial processes and commercial activities
- Interact with customers and suppliers; support in-service activities
- Apply Lean, Right-First-Time, and continuous improvement principles
- Implement digitalization and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Your Profile
- Academic background in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace or similar), Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
- Experience in project and program management
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning and control
- Experience in supplier and stakeholder management
- Experience in quality management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Experience in business performance, finance, controlling, or data analysis
- Experience in process improvement, Lean, and Business Excellence initiatives
