• Responsible for PMO-relevant activities (internal and external) for the LISA project, in support to the Project Manager, for planning, organization and implementation
• Preparation and presentation to the customer of project management documentation, including Progress Report, Schedule Report, Risk Assessment Report
• Implementation and regular updating of the LISA Master Schedule, including analysis of critical path and milestone trends
• Management of the internal resource planning for the project (Planisware), clarification of personnel requirements with the Project Manager and with the departments
• Implementation and maintenance of the internal project plan, work packages, resources allocation and related internal agreements
• Support to the Project Manager and the Project Controller in the internal reporting of project results
• Support to the Project Manager in the definition, development, implementation and improvement of suitable project management tools, processes and templates to increase efficiency and optimize the specifications in the projects about time, costs and quality as well as to minimize risks in the project, in coordination with the Project Management Support Office

• Successful completion of studies in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of space projects and spacecraft/payloads design and development plans (Phase B2-C/D)
• Experience in PMO activities or project management will be preferred
• Competent handling of MS Project and knowledge of resource planning tools (e.g. Planisware)
• Understanding and definition of project office tasks, including schedule and process planning, resource planning, risk management, configuration & change management, controlling of performance (time, cost, quality)
• Familiarity with ECSS standards and other relevant standards
• Good communication skills and high willingness to cooperate and working in team
• Analytical and well organized working style
• Fluency in English is essential
