About your team :
Our Change Management Team guides the Bank through transitions, ensuring changes align with strategic goals and regulatory requirements, minimizing disruption, and supporting growth.

About your role :
You will support project execution by providing governance, oversight, and support to project teams, requiring strong organizational skills and knowledge of project management methodologies in banking.

About you :
If you have studied business, financial markets, IT, or digital product design, and:

Proven experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role, preferably in banking/financial services
Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Interest in digital transformation and investment products
Advanced English and German skills
