Your Mission
As a Project Management Officer (PMO) , you will provide comprehensive support to our Project Managers in organising, planning, documenting and controlling customer and internal projects. You will make a significant contribution to the transparency, quality and effective management of our projects.
This includes, in particular:
- Creating, maintaining and updating project plans, milestones and resource allocations
- Monitoring budgets, schedules and resource utilisation , identifying deviations and triggering early warnings and escalations where necessary
- Maintaining project documentation (e.g. project handbook, project overview) and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements
- Organising, preparing and following up on project meetings , including taking minutes, tracking actions and following up on open items
- Managing time recordings and expense reports , and supporting invoice preparation in cooperation with Controlling
- Creating, preparing and consolidating status reports for internal stakeholders and customers
- Ensuring compliance with project management standards , processes and tools
- Providing Project Managers with transparent and up-to-date information on risks, issues and project progress
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy supporting projects organisationally and administratively to ensure their success. You are able to maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time and self-management abilities
- Confident use of project management tools and reporting systems
- Knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, agile frameworks)
- A precise working style with a strong attention to detail
- Very good communicationskills in German and English for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and a high level of reliability
