For you right from the start.**Your tasks** Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship — As an intern (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from :* Active support for program management in coordinating and managing cross-divisional digitization initiatives* Collaboration in the preparation of management reports and status overviews* Active participation in a division-wide transformation program* Support in designing, managing and sustainably anchoring change processes in the organization* Independent development and implementation of change formats* Taking on own work packages as part of the conception, planning and implementation of differentiated specialist topics in business management* Support for projects and top management initiatives and participation in their implementation* Preparation of presentations, decision papers and briefings for management* Creative design of communication materials in various formats* Support for internal communication as part of transformation and project activities* Preparation, follow-up and organizational support for meetings and events**Your profile** Are you studying economics, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.
