Your Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement across business units
Design and implement AI-based solutions to boost efficiency and performance
Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business units, data science) through project lifecycles
Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Assess and manage risks related to AI applications, including ethical, legal, and data privacy concerns
Create mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Drive change management and train employees on responsible AI usage
Monitor and continuously enhance implemented solutions

Your Profile

Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven success in implementing AI-driven process improvements with measurable impact
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics
Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, R, or AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS ML)
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Several years of experience in project management, ideally focused on process optimization
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with Lean Management, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
Fluent in English (German language skills a plus)
