Your profile

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering or a comparable technical degree programme
• At least 3 years of experience in the operational implementation of construction projects – ideally large‑scale construction projects with complex structures
• Basic technical understanding and interest in applying your expertise to development projects outside the construction industry in the future
• Knowledge of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and common tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps) is a plus
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and professional stakeholder management
• Willingness to work on site at our customers' premises and to travel
• Business fluent German and fluent English

What can you expect?

• Take on responsibility as a project manager in challenging large‑scale construction projects (e.g. infrastructure, power plants, industrial facilities) and ensure successful implementation in terms of time, cost, and quality
• Contribute your experience in civil engineering and manage operational project processes with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
