The Opportunity: Leading Germany's Next Hyperscale Build

I am currently partnering with a Tier-1 Data Center developer/operator who is scaling their footprint across Germany. They are seeking a Project Manager capable of navigating the high-complexity environment of German infrastructure-balancing strict local regulations with aggressive global delivery timelines.

This isn't just a construction role; it's a strategic leadership position. You will be the central point of command for a multi-million Euro site, ensuring the "Digital Shell" (CSA) and the "Technical Heart" (MEP) come together seamlessly.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Full-Cycle Ownership: Driving the project from initial site prep through to the final "Golden Weld" and commissioning handover.
• The Regulatory Bridge: Navigating the German Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG) and local Baugenehmigung processes to ensure the site is compliant and future-proof.
• Tier-1 Contractor Management: Orchestrating specialist MEP vendors and CSA teams to ensure zero-downtime quality standards.
• Sustainability Integration: Implementing waste-heat recovery and green power solutions-critical for the 2026 German market.

The Ideal Candidate

• Engineering Pedigree: A degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience in mission-critical builds).
• German Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with VOB, German building codes, and the local subcontractor landscape.
• Language Proficiency: You must be comfortable negotiating in German with local authorities and reporting in English to international stakeholders.
• Sector Experience: Previous success in Data Centers, Semi-conductors, or high-spec Pharma projects.
