The role supports the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy and is responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver projects from idea to execution, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.**Key responsibilities*** Support the development of the Care Delivery International digital & AI strategy by providing strategic market intelligence, collaborating with country teams, corporate functions as well as external players and thoroughly assessing opportunities to guide strategic decisions.* Drive measurable impact by leading or supporting projects in a highly effective manner from initiation through successful operational handover and mobilizing teams to deliver on priorities, defined impact and timelines.* Ensure performance monitoring, track progress, identify risks or dependencies, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.* Provide or coordinate relevant analytical insights, structured documentation, synthesized insights and ensure efficient alignment as well as flow of content and information across cross-functional teams.* Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.**Who you are*** Fascination for digitalization and technology trends* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive transformative impact* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams and manage internal as well as external stakeholders* Highly adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced, global environment**Qualifications*** 5+ years project management experience in a global environment, preferably consulting experience and understanding of the healthcare services industry* Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)* Fluent written and oral language skills in English* Readiness for international travelCreating a future worth living.
