WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• You will support our senior project managers with larger programmes, take on sub-projects and ensure smooth collaboration.
• You will work closely with account managers and take on (sub-)tasks related to project management in CMS, e-commerce or platform projects.
• You will be responsible for administrative project work: project controlling, progress monitoring and quality assurance.
• You will be responsible for communication and coordination with internal teams (delivery, development, consulting) and external stakeholders.
• You will coordinate requirements, document results and ensure that all parties involved are informed about the current project status.

YOU ARE...

• organised and reliable – you maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects.
• communicative and confident when interacting with customers, stakeholders and internal teams.
• team-oriented, service-oriented and committed to supporting senior project managers.
• solution-oriented and pragmatic – you find quick, practical solutions even when faced with minor obstacles.
• interested in digital technologies and e-commerce topics and want to develop further in this field.

YOU HAVE...

• Experience in project management, ideally in an agency or digital environment.
• Knowledge of managing small to medium-sized projects and enjoyment of organisational tasks.
• A basic technical understanding of digital platforms, system architectures or e-commerce solutions.
• A sense of responsibility for schedules, quality and budgets.
• Very good German and good English skills (at least C1).
• Ideally, training or a degree in business administration, business informatics, media management or initial certifications in project management.

YOU ARE WELL VERSED...

• with common PM methods and tools (classic and agile approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile, etc.)
• with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and digital collaboration tools
• with digital media and IT services
