We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong networking background to lead and coordinate activities under the Direct Connect as a Service (DCaaS) program. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical understanding with hands-on project delivery expertise, particularly in working with tools like JIRA and Git .

This role requires excellent communication skills, structured execution, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies across networking, cloud, and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for DCaaS (Direct Connect as a Service) , ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from network operations, engineering, and the cloud team to gather requirements and align deliverables.
• Design and maintain JIRA dashboards , create and manage stories, epics, and task dependencies for effective tracking and reporting.
• Map project tasks and discussions from meeting minutes to JIRA and Git tickets/issues , ensuring traceability and accountability.
• Track issues using Git , and align them with relevant JIRA items to maintain cross-tool transparency.
• Facilitate and lead regular project calls, reviews, and discussions , driving clarity on priorities, blockers, and progress.
• Ensure all documentation and status updates are kept current and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Manage risks, escalations, and change requests as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in IT Project Management, with at least 3+ years in network infrastructure or connectivity-related projects .
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., VPN, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, direct connectivity, cloud networking).
• Proven experience working with JIRA (dashboard design, dependency tracking, reporting).
• Hands-on proficiency in Git (tracking issues, linking to project tasks).
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects involving Cloud connectivity services such as VPNaaS and Private connectivity service
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud services (e.g., AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute).
• Technical certifications like CCNA/CCNP or PMI/PMP/Prince2 .
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools.
