Your tasks

In this key position, you will take full responsibility for the implementation of complex large-scale battery storage solutions. You are the linchpin between technology, authorities and grid operators.

• Overall project management: You will manage complex projects for the implementation of large-scale battery storage solutions (BESS), including the critical grid connection.
• End-to-end responsibility: You manage the entire cycle – from planning and approval to construction and successful commissioning.
• Stakeholder management: You will confidently conduct negotiations and coordination with grid operators, authorities and other decision-makers.
• Service provider management: You coordinate and manage various technical service providers and external partners in a targeted manner.
• Project controlling: You ensure compliance with schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Risk management: You identify risks at an early stage, initiate countermeasures and report transparently to stakeholders.
• Process optimization: You are actively involved in the further development of technical standards and processes in the field of energy storage.

Your profile

We are looking for an experienced professional who combines technical understanding of power electronics with methodical excellence in project management.

• Education: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, power engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of energy storage, power plant construction or grid connection.
• Specialized knowledge: Sound knowledge of grid connection procedures, regulatory framework and power electronics.
• Methodological competence: Experienced use of PM tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello) and experience with agile working methods.
• Personality: Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
• Languages: Business fluent in German and good command of English for the international environment.
