Project Manager - Envelope Europe (m/f/d)

As Bid / Project Manager for the region Europe you are the technical-commercial central point from tender phase through execution to qualification. In the sales phase, you will lead proposal development and cost engineering.
Once awarded, you will own execution: planning, subcontractor coordination, schedule, cost & quality performance.

This dual responsibility guarantees client continuity and drives efficiency in a rapidly scaling business unit.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial bids, including cost calculations and layouts.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and engineering for optimized solutions.
• Manage projects post-award: scope, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE compliance.
• Oversee installation, procurement, logistics, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle change orders, reporting, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Drive process improvements, ensure ISO/GMP compliance, and support innovation.

Show your expertise

• Degree in Mechanical, Process, Building Services, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Several years of experience in cleanroom, HVAC, controlled environments, or industrial EPC projects.
• Hands‑on experience in either project management or bid engineering — strong ambition to excel in both.
• Strong understanding of cleanroom design and construction.
• Knowledge of contracts, schedules, and construction/site management.
• Fluent English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
