Customer Relationship

Technical Expertise

• Prepare cost estimates with the associated schedule for customer projects.
  
• Coordinate all tasks arising during the projects.
  
• Create project status reports.
  
• Monitor the progress of the project and remove obstacles.
  
• Escalate to project management or the respective senior management, if necessary.
  

Must-Have

• Experience in project management in areas of software implementation.
  
• High affinity for IT topics and ideally knowledge of ERP systems.
  
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
  
• Independent way of working.
  
• Experience with common project management software solutions.
  
• Certifications, e.g., Prince2 or ITIL are an advantage.
  
• A degree in economics is desirable, but not essential.
  
• Willingness to travel.
